We are proud to feature windows from the Andersen Corporation, the #1 name in windows to provide homeowners the finest replacement window options available anywhere. - JOB DESCRIPTION - Our fast growing company is in need of a Part-Time Promotional Representative to be the FACE of our company at events. - We participate in over 100 shows a year in the Greater Philadelphia area with the goal of meeting new customers. These events range anywhere from Home Shows to Street Fairs to $5 Flea Markets. Wherever there are people with the need for our services we want to be there to help. - The Promotional Representative is responsible for generating quality leads that result in a sales demonstration at our events. This is accomplished by:-Engaging homeowners in conversation and finding our their concerns with their current windows.-Explain the benefits of choosing Andersen Windows and having ACRE Windows do the work.-Recommend that the homeowner has a FREE, no obligation in-home consultation where one of our experts will come out to take measurements and answer all of the homeowner's questions and then leave them with an exact price in writing that we will honor for 1 full year. - The Brand Ambassador can expect to average 15 hours per week with that increasing significantly (30+ hours per week) during our busiest show seasons (fair season, Fall, early Spring). - The Ideal Candidate:-Must have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.-Must be extremely outgoing.-Must have the natural ability of starting up conversations with complete strangers in a busy setting.-Must be well spoken.-Must be persistent.-Must be professional.-Must strive to exceed expectations. - Compensation:The ideal candidate will earn GREAT money with our hourly wage and performance bonus.
